The 20-20-20 rule
A 20-20-20 reminder asks you to look at something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds after roughly 20 minutes of close screen use. Eye Saver gives you a timed Android prompt so the break does not depend on remembering it yourself.
Eye Saver supports a screen-break routine. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent an eye condition. Talk with an eye-care professional about persistent pain, blurred vision, headaches, or other symptoms.
Fits normal phone use
Choose the work interval, warning time, break length, and how many postpones or skips you allow.
Choose whether the timer pauses during calls, media playback, selected apps, or screen-off time.
Keep postpone and skip controls available, limit consecutive skips, or hide those controls with strict mode.
Inside the app
These are Eye Saver's current Android screens: timer controls, reminder timing, an active break, statistics, and app settings.

Before the first reminder
Eye Saver walks you through the required setup. Android and phone manufacturers can limit background services, so reliable timing may also require notification access and a battery-optimization exception.
Download the Android app from Google Play.
Grant “display over other apps” so the break can appear above the screen you are using.
Set the interval, warning, break length, and interruption controls that fit your day.
