You don't sign up or sign in. Eye Saver never asks for your name or email address.
Your settings stay on your phone
Break times, pause choices, the apps you picked, your theme, and your break totals live on your phone. We don't receive them. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
Four Google services receive some data
- Firebase Analytics gets events such as screens you open and settings you change, plus device model, Android version, and approximate country. We use it to see which features people use.
- Firebase Crashlytics gets a report when the app crashes, so we can fix it.
- Google Mobile Ads gets your advertising ID and ad activity to show ads on the free version.
- Google Play Billing tells the app whether you bought Premium. Google takes the payment; we never see your card.
Usage access stays on your phone
Pause in chosen apps needs Android's usage access to see which app is open. Eye Saver checks it on your phone and doesn't send your app list or usage anywhere.
Your choices
- Delete your advertising ID in Android's Google or privacy settings.
- Buy Premium or use a 24-hour pass to remove the banner ad.
- Turn off any permission in Android Settings > Apps > Eye Saver.
- Ask us to delete analytics and crash data using the data deletion page.
