Read the installer script before running it. It installs into your home directory and adds an application-menu shortcut. When systemd user services are available, this installer also enables a daily update timer. If you use the tarball download instead, updates are manual.

Android App

Google Play is the easiest way to install Eye Saver for Android. If you can't use Play, you can install a signed APK directly.

Install APKs

Download the ZIP on your phone and open it in your Files app to extract the APK.
Tap the APK. Android asks you to allow installs from your Files app the first time. Allow it, then go back and tap Install.
Open Eye Saver and allow the permissions it asks for.

If Eye Saver from Google Play is already on your phone, keep using that one. Android may refuse to install this APK over it. Apps installed from this page don't update on their own, so check Google Play or this page for newer versions.

Only install Eye Saver APKs downloaded from this page. You can compare each file against SHA256SUMS.txt before installing.
